Property taxes are due October 1st for the first half and March 1st of the following year for the second half.
The first half of the 2024 property tax becomes delinquent AFTER November 4, 2024 and the second half becomes delinquent AFTER May 1, 2025. If you pay the full year by December 31, 2024, no interest will be charged.
Property taxes can be paid at our office at 1112 Suite #203 Joshua Avenue, Parker, AZ. They can also be paid via the payment link on this website or by calling (877) 690-3729, and entering jurisdiction code 1312 when prompted. There is a nominal convenience fee charged for these services. If it is after hours and you are paying by check, you may use our front door payment drop.
The Arizona Revised Statutes 42-11111 provides in part that the property of widows, widowers and disabled persons who are residents of this state is exempt from taxation to the extent allowed by Article IX, sections 2, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3, Constitution of Arizona, and subject to the conditions and limitations prescribed by this section.
